You can get the digital version (a PDF file) delivered to you securely at any time. From there, you can view on a computer, tablet or mobile phone, or you can print a hard copy -- the whole book, or just the pages you need. (You will receive a download link/notice to receive your digital book). There are instructions in the digital book to optimize printing a physical copy of the book.
There have been some changes since I posted the first digital file. For those of you who ordered early or have already downloaded your copy, here is an errata document that shows the changes that have come through in recent weeks.
